What should I do if my tag, programmer, receiver or other product isn't working properly?

Please consult your product manual or contact us if you are having any problems with our equipment and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If all else fails, we are happy to send you a replacement product or loaner to get you through the repair time.
